All Chef's Specials are accompanied by your choice of salad. Substitute either soup ($3), Basket
of freshly baked bread, and The Vineyards' steamed vegetable bouquet. Three colossal pan-seared shrimp
may be added to any entrée ($6). Soda,Tea and Coffee ($2)
Mesquite Smoked Peppered Prime Rib – 12oz.of trimmed, smoked prime rib coated with crushed black peppercorns and accompanied by sauteed wild mushrooms. Served with garlic mashed potatoes. $24
Aged Filet of Beef Tenderloin - a 7oz., 45 day aged filet of beef tenderloin over a creamy garlic and mushroom sauce. Served with two colossal pan-seared shrimp and garlic mashed potatoes. $29
Boneless Lamb Medallions - lean and tender cuts of fresh New Zealand lamb seasoned to perfection, grilled and placed on a creamy garlic and mushroom sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes. $21
Grilled Chicken Chipotle - slow-marinated chicken in a spicy chipotle garlic oil, grilled and served with pasta in a cool, cilantro cream sauce. $14
Chicken Florentine - chicken breast stuffed with spinach, proscuitto, and parmesan cheese. Lightly drizzled with a spicy Alfredo sauce and served with linguini .Delicious! $15
Salmon Crema - a fresh 8oz. grilled salmon filet brushed with a rich, creamy basil pesto. Served on a bed of linguini. $16
Seafood "N'awlins" - a delightful mix of pan-seared shrimp and scallops in a savory Cajun cream sauce. Served on a bed of linguini. $17
Smoked Pork Loin - savor the rich aroma of this tender cut of pork loin. Cold smoked for hours then grilled to perfection. Served with garlic mashed potatoes. $16
