We are excited to announce our upcoming Vintner’s Dinner showcasing The Best of The Vineyards’ Wine List. Our special guest will be Tom Geogehan of Glazer’s Wines. This is a great opportunity to taste some of the best and most highly allocated wines from The Vineyards Reserve Wine List. We are limiting reservations to 35 guests and expect the event to sell-out very quickly. Along with an exquisite Four-course meal, a wine presentation will accompany each course.

As we await the arrival of all our guests during a brief social, we will feature Arancio Pinot Grigio Sicilia.

1st Course: Buena Vista Reserve Chardonnay served with Fresh Chilean Sea Bass with Scallops, Mussels, and Shrimp in a rich Seafood Cream Sauce

2nd Course: Provenance Napa Merlot 2004 and Charles Krug Napa Merlot 2005 served with Grilled New Zealand Lamb Chops with a Balsamic, Shallot Reduction and Mushroom Risotto

3rd Course: Heitz Cellar Napa Valley Cabernet 2003 and Château st Jean “Cinq Cepage” Cabernet 2002, served with Filet of Beef Tenderloin and Sautéed Foie Gras in a Béarnaise Sauce

4th Course: Frozen White Chocolate Mousse served with Coffee.
