  • Red Wine Caesar – fresh romaine lettuce tossed in a red wine Caesar dressing. $4

APPETIZERS

  • Country Pate- A modern twist to a European classic. A mixture of pork and beef served pate style, wrapped in prosciutto and served warm with artisan bread, Dijon mustard, French sweet pickles, black olives, sliced red onions, and soft ripened goat cheese topped with a sundried tomato pesto. A must have for wine drinkers. $15
  • Parmesan Crusted Shrimp –four colossal gulf shrimp crusted in parmesan cheese and served with a spicy marinara sauce. $12
  • Tomato Crustinis – toasted sourdough bread slices topped with tomato, artichoke, olive oil, and Italian spices. $6
  • Crab Stuffed Mushrooms – four mushroom caps filled with a delectable mixture of fresh crabmeat, herbs, and parmesan cheese. Topped with a rich cajun cream sauce. $8
  • Salmon Carpaccia – smoked salmon slices served on fresh sourdough bread with brie, cracked black pepper and a spicy zip of poblano peppers. $9
